Cornflake Nest with Sugar Eggs

A fresh treat featuring a crunchy cornflake base topped with sweet sugar eggs, perfect for a delightful pastry experience.

Ingredients

  • 160 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 160 g milk chocolate couverture
  • 80 g Butter
  • 180 g cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp plant oil (for the molds)
  • colorful sugar Easter eggs (for garnish)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the chocolates and melt them over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat, add the butter, and let it melt together. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the cornflakes and spoon into lightly oiled muffin tins.

    Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until set.

    Carefully lift the chocolate nests from the molds, arrange on plates, and serve garnished with sugar Easter eggs.
