Cold roast canapés

Ingredients

  • 5 fried chicken breast fillets (sliced)
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp Ajvar (mild)
  • 2 baguettes
  • 2 oranges
  • 10 raspberries
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp salad herbs

Instructions

    Cut the baguette in half and spread with cottage cheese. Spoon a little Ajvar on each side and top with two slices of meat. For garnish mix cottage cheese with herbs, spoon 1 tsp onto each piece.

    Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut fruit fillets from the segments. Insert orange fillets and raspberries into the cottage cheese cups for garnishing.
