- 400 g corn-shaped pasta
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- 350 g blackberries
- 200 g whipping cream
- Salt
- ground pepper

Clean, wash berries; puree half with cream, strain through a sieve. Clean, wash spring onions, trim ends, finely chop, sauté in oil. Halve chili lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, finely chop, mix in.

Pour blackberry-cream over and simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta according to package instructions, combine with blackberry cream, garnish with remaining blackberries.
