Ingredients

  • 0.5 l milk
  • 6 tbsp corn grits (coarsely, add more if needed)
  • 1 small jar unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Bring the milk to a boil, stir in the grits and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes; if the porridge is too thin, add more grits.
