Ingredients
- 30 g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 150 ml Coconut drink
- 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 400 g coconut yogurt
- 150 g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp coconut chips
Instructions

Add chia seeds, date syrup, coconut drink, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and vanilla powder to a blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture forms.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving stir in coconut yogurt and pour into bowls. Wash berries and pat dry. Top Chia Coconut Chocolate Mousse with berries and coconut chips, sprinkle remaining cocoa powder, and serve.
