- Zucker
- 4 Maiskolben
- 100 g weiche Butter
- 1 Msp. Zitronenschale (unbehandelt)
- 4 EL frisch gehackte Kräuter
- Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
- grobes Meersalz
Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar, and cook the corn for about 15 minutes.

Whisk the softened butter with lemon zest, herbs, salt, and pepper, then taste and adjust. Chill.

Drain the corn, let it cool slightly, brush thinly with the herb butter, and grill on a hot grill all around for about 10 minutes. Cut into pieces as desired for serving and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve with the remaining butter.
