Ingredients
- 200 g corn (canned)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 3 tsp rice flour
- 3 tsp all-purpose flour
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Instructions

Drain the corn well and mix with chilies, rice flour, all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to form a sticky dough. Divide this mixture into 12 equal portions.

Fry each portion in hot oil (the oil is ready when bubbles start forming on the handle of a wooden spoon held in it) until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with green chutney.
