Ingredients

  • 250 g finely grated Emmental
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 slices toast bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash herbs, set aside some basil leaves, finely chop the rest and mix with cheese, butter, and pepper.

    Clean mushrooms, slice thinly, sauté in butter until liquid evaporates, season with salt and pepper.

    Top breads with mushroom mixture, spread cheese cream over, cut diagonally once. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 175°C for 10 minutes to gratinate.

    Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
