Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 egg yolks
- 100 g cane sugar
- 50 g Corn flour
- 1 pinch salt
- sugar (for dusting)

Stir cinnamon into the milk and bring to a boil.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until creamy, then fold in the flour.

Pour the boiling milk into the egg yolk mixture, return everything to the pot, and cook over low heat while constantly stirring until it thickens once.

Strain the pudding through a sieve, transfer to dessert cups, and let cool. While cooling, lightly dust the surface with sugar to prevent skin formation. Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.
