Ingredients
- 250 g peeled almond kernels
- 250 g fine sugar
- 40 ml apricot liqueur
- Backoblate
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Grind almonds so finely that they are almost creamy. Mix with apricot liqueur. Pour into a pan and briefly roast until thick consistency forms. Spread on a backoblate and evenly distribute with a rolling pin. Place another backoblate over it. Leave overnight between two boards weighted with a can of preserves.

On the next day cut into small pieces. Whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice to make a thick glaze, decorate the calissons with it, and let dry.
