Spoonsparrow cookie dough ❅ ❆ ❄︎ With this shortbread dough you can create many different cookies!

Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt flour Type 1050
  • 65 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg (medium size)
  • 110 g butter (from pasture milk)

Instructions

    Mix the flour and raw cane sugar in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the salt, egg, and butter on top.

    Using the dough hooks of a hand mixer, combine the ingredients first on low speed. Only when the flour no longer dusts off should you increase to high speed and knead into crumbs.

  3. 3.

    Knead the crumb mixture quickly by hand into a smooth shortbread dough. Cover the dough and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Then process the dough further according to your specific recipe.
