  • 200 g Buckwheat (or buckwheat groats)
  • 4 tbsp Oil (or other fat)
  • water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, add dry buckwheat and stir constantly to lightly brown.

    Mix with cold water seasoned with salt and bring to boil once. Cover pot and reduce heat.
