Colorful Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 5 slices dark whole wheat bread
- 1 hard boiled egg (peeled)
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp keta caviar
- 1 tsp caviar
- leaf lettuce of choice (e.g., beet greens, arugula)
- 1 lemon wedge
- 0.5 apple
- 3 Bismarck herring fillets
- 1 tbsp sliced red onions
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- dill tips (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 chopped pickled cucumber
- 1 boiled egg (chopped)
- 3 slices roast beef
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp fresh grated horseradish
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- thin cucumber slice
- 2 thin lemon slices
- 50 g pickled shrimp
- Sea salt
- leaf lettuce of choice (e.g., iceberg, oak leaf)
- 1 slice Gorgonzola
- wine grapes (1 tbsp each of blue and green)
Instructions

Spread mayonnaise thinly on the whole wheat bread. Wash, clean, and place lettuce leaves on one slice. Top with half an egg. Garnish with caviar and lemon.

Spread sour cream on a slice of bread. Wash the apple, remove seeds, cut into thin wedges, and fan them over the bread. Place the herring fillets on top. Garnish with onion and dill.

Stir crème fraîche with cucumber and egg. Season with salt and pepper and spread on a slice of bread. Arrange roast beef slices on top. Garnish with horseradish and season with a bit of salt and pepper.

Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread and arrange cucumber, lemon, and shrimp decoratively on it. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Wash, clean, and place lettuce on a slice of bread. Put Gorgonzola on top and garnish with washed, dried, halved grapes.
