Colorful Radish Salad

Try the delicious colorful radish salad from Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 300 g mixed radishes (e.g., white, red and black radish)
- Salt
- 100 g radishes (red and white)
- 100 g cabbage (1 head)
- 1 box watercress
- 2 sprigs dill
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 0.5 tsp pink peppercorns
Instructions

Wash the radishes, shave into thin slices, place in a bowl, salt heavily and let them drain.

Wash, trim and halve the radishes lengthwise. Wash, trim and cut the cabbage into long thin strips. Cut watercress from the bed. Wash dill, shake dry and pluck the tips.

Drain the radish and arrange with radishes, cabbage and herbs on 4 plates. Whisk vinegar with oil and pour over the salad. Season with salt and sprinkle pink peppercorns.
