Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 8 Ready-to-eat shrimp
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 150 g daikon radish
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- curry powder
- 4 lettuce leaves
- coriander sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel and finely grate the daikon radish. Mix with lemon juice and crème fraîche, season with salt, and let rest for about 10 minutes.

Wash and clean the lettuce leaves.

Sauté the shrimp in hot oil, season with salt and pepper.

Halve the avocados, remove the pits. Season the salad and spread half onto the avocado halves. Place a lettuce leaf on top, add the remaining salad, then layer the shrimp. Garnish with coriander and serve each portion seasoned with a touch of curry.
