Colorful Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g green beans
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 radishes
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the beans, trim ends and blanch in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes; remove, shock with cold water, and drain well.

    Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, and cut into fine strips. Wash tomatoes and quarter them. Wash radishes and finely chop.
