Ingredients
- 500 g feta
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g black olives
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 5 sage leaves
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 1 stalk mint
- Salt
- peppercorns
- 200 ml olive oil
Instructions

Slice the feta into finger‑thick rounds. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings. Peel and slice the garlic into thin slices. Wash, dry, shake off excess moisture from rosemary, sage, thyme, and mint, then pick off the leaves.

Place the feta in a shallow dish, sprinkle with chili, garlic, olives, the picked herbs, salt, and cracked pepper, then drizzle olive oil over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
