Ingredients
- 4 paprika peppers
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 200 ml vegetable broth (cold)
- 100 ml milk
- Salt
- white pepper
- 4 tbsp diced paprika (varied colors)
- Basil

Wash, clean, halve, seed the paprikas, remove white skin and dice them. Peel and chop the garlic clove. Sauté both in oil for about 5 minutes in their own juice, then finely puree and chill.

Add the chilled paprika purée to a blender with vegetable broth and cream cheese, blend vigorously, slowly adding milk as needed so the soup isn’t too thin. Season with salt and pepper.
