Ingredients
- 1 salad cucumber
- 300 ml clear vegetable broth
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 400 g yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp dill sprigs (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
- 2 pickled cucumbers (finely chopped)
Instructions

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds, chop into pieces and blend with the other ingredients; season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the finely chopped eggs and pickles and refrigerate. Serve the soup well chilled.
