Ingredients

  • 1 salad cucumber
  • 300 ml clear vegetable broth
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 400 g yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp dill sprigs (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
  • 2 pickled cucumbers (finely chopped)

Instructions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds, chop into pieces and blend with the other ingredients; season with salt and pepper.

    Stir in the finely chopped eggs and pickles and refrigerate. Serve the soup well chilled.
