Ingredients
- 1 small net melon
- 1 small Charentais melon
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 ml dry white wine
- lemon zest
- Ice cubes

Wash the melons, cut them crosswise in half and remove the seeds. For each person scoop out about 10 small melon balls, then separate the remaining flesh from the halves. Blend the flesh with powdered sugar, lemon juice, wine, and ice cubes; add the melon balls and chill.

When serving, pour the cold melon soup into plates and garnish with lemon zest.
