Ingredients
- 0.5 Honigmelone
- 400 g Wassermelone
- 100 g grüne kernlose Trauben
- Limetten (Saft)
- Minze (für die Garnitur)
- 2 EL Honig

Peel the melons. Puree the watermelon with washed grapes and strain through a sieve. Pit the honey melon and cut 4 balls for garnish, dice the remaining flesh roughly.

Blend the watermelon, grapes, lime juice and honey finely. Fill ice‑cooled glasses. Skewer the melon balls on wooden sticks and add them to the glasses. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
