  • 0.5 bunch peppermint
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 bottles dry white wine (well chilled)
  • 1 bottle mineral water (well chilled)

Instructions

    Drain the apricots in a sieve and cut them into wedges. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the lemon and orange zest into spirals. Juice the fruits, removing the pulp. Combine everything in a bowl, pour in the white wine, and chill for about 1–2 hours.
