- 1 can apricots
- 0.5 bunch peppermint
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 bottles dry white wine (well chilled)
- 1 bottle mineral water (well chilled)

Drain the apricots in a sieve and cut them into wedges. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the lemon and orange zest into spirals. Juice the fruits, removing the pulp. Combine everything in a bowl, pour in the white wine, and chill for about 1–2 hours.
