Ingredients
- 1 kg salad cucumber
- 200 g yogurt
- 250 g heavy cream
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g shrimps (in lake)
- 2 bunches dill
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Peel cucumbers, trim ends, cut lengthwise in half, scoop out seeds with a spoon, and chop into pieces.

Peel garlic and blend with cucumber pieces. Mix in yogurt, cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Wash dill, pluck leaves, reserve some tips for garnish, finely chop the rest and fold into the soup.

Drain shrimps. Distribute soup into bowls, garnish with shrimps and dill, and serve chilled.
