Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini
- 200 g starchy potatoes
- 500 g green cooking apples
- 1 stalk leek
- 500 ml vegetable broth (from the can)
- 0.5 l buttermilk
- juice of one lemon
- salt (pepper)
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp turmeric
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 stems Lemon balm
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 red apple

Wash and pat dry zucchini, potatoes, and apples. Trim ends of zucchini and slice into rounds. Slice leek. Peel and dice potatoes. Core and quarter apples.

Bring vegetables and apples to a boil with vegetable broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Let cool and puree.
