Ingredients
- 2 untreated oranges
- 20 coffee beans
- 150 g brown sugar
- 700 ml vodka

Wash the oranges hot and dry rub them. Cut off the peel (without the white skin) and then remove the white skin thoroughly. Dice the fruit flesh and put it with the peel, coffee beans and sugar into a wide vessel. Pour in the vodka and seal tightly for 4-5 weeks, shaking occasionally.

Filter afterwards and fill prepared bottles or carafes. Let rest another 3-4 days before serving.
