Cold Berry Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients
- 600 g mixed berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, red currants)
- 80 g sugar
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 l buttermilk (cold)
- 1 pinch cinnamon

Wash the berries, rinse briefly if needed, and pat dry. Reserve 4 tablespoons for garnish. In a small pot, combine remaining berries with sugar and 2 tablespoons water; bring to a quick boil, then remove from heat. Take out 8 tablespoons of berry compote and set aside.

Add oatmeal to the warm compote in the pot and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Stir in cold buttermilk and cinnamon, then blend everything finely with an immersion blender or stand mixer. Chill until ready to serve if desired.

Divide the cold berry oatmeal into four deep bowls, pour the reserved compote over each, and garnish with the remaining berries.
