Ingredients

  • 2 pre-cooked potatoes
  • 2 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g cod fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a splash of lemon juice

Instructions

    Slice the potatoes, halve the tomatoes, and cut the onion into rings. Place them on a piece of foil with dill and pressed garlic.

    Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and place it on top. Seal the foil and bake at 180°C (fan) for about 25 minutes. Serve with lemon dip and parsley.
