Ingredients
- 400 g cod fillet
- 250 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
- Salt
- 2 dried chili peppers
- sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp chives sprigs
- 6 limes

Squeeze the limes. Crumble the chili peppers. Mix 2 tbsp sesame oil with lime juice and chilies. Drizzle over cod fillets, cover and let marinate for about 2 hours.

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a saucepan and gently sauté garlic; do not brown. Drain shrimp slightly and add to pan. Pour in the remaining marinade. Cover and simmer gently for 5–6 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer covered another 2 minutes. Flake cod into bite‑sized pieces with two forks. Season with salt and extra lime juice if desired. Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
