Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 150 g milk chocolate (30% cocoa)
  • 20 ml rum
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • coconut flakes for rolling

Instructions

    Chop the chocolates and melt them in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat, add the rum and ground almonds, stirring well.

    Beat the butter with powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold into the chocolate mixture.

    Moisten your hands and shape small balls from the dough. Roll each ball in coconut flakes, place in molds, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
