Ingredients

  • 65 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 125 g delicate rolled oats
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 3 drops bitter almond essence
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

    Beat butter and sugar in a food processor until creamy.

    Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, rum and bitter almond essence; beat on high speed until the mixture is creamy. Form small balls, roll them in chocolate sprinkles, and let dry overnight.
