The coconut muesli with pineapple provides the body with iron for better concentration and the amino acid tryptophan for a good mood.
Ingredients
- 150 g pineapple (peeled; 1 slice)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 40 g millet flakes (4 tbsp)
- 200 ml coconut water (tetrapak)
- 2 tsp Honey

Dice the pineapple finely and place it in a small bowl.
