Berry Yogurt Layered Dessert

A creamy berry yogurt dessert with a crunchy kernel mix that delivers the right bite and plenty of vitamin E.
Ingredients
- 0.5 lime
- 300 g mixed berries (e.g., blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, gooseberries)
- liquid sweetener to taste
- 1 small vanilla pod
- 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 30 g Sunflower seeds (2 tbsp)
- 30 g pumpkin seeds (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Rinse the lime hot, dry it, grate the zest finely, and squeeze out the juice.

Separate the berries, wash them, and place in a bowl. Mix in 1 tsp lime zest and 2 tbsp lime juice.

Season with sweetener to taste and divide half of the berries into four glasses.

Split the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, mix with yogurt, and spread half over the berries.

Add remaining berries and yogurt to a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Distribute over the glasses.

Lightly toast sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a dry pan, let cool, sprinkle over the yogurt dessert, and serve.
