Ingredients

  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 50 g red currants
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml milk

    Wash and dry the berries, then place them in a shallow bowl and freeze for about 30 minutes. Toast the shredded coconut in a dry pan until golden brown, then let it cool.

    Blend the frozen berries with the brown sugar, toasted coconut, coconut milk, and regular milk until smooth. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with the remaining toasted coconut before serving.
