- 50 g pine nuts (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch basil (finely grated in a mortar)
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley (finely grated in a mortar)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled, finely chopped)
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper (from the grinder)
