Ingredients
- 20 Wan-Tan dough sheets (TK)
- 50 g coconut cream
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp yellow curry paste
- 250 g pre-cooked shrimp
- oil for frying

Let the Wan Tan sheets thaw.

Whisk coconut cream with oyster and soy sauces, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the curry paste. Finely chop the shrimp and stir into the coconut mixture. Place 1 tbsp of filling on each dough sheet. Fold up the edges and seal into small pouches by pressing together over the filling.

Fry in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
