Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 onion (blue)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 small roasted chicken (from yesterday)
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cut the pita breads in half and open them into a pocket. Wash, dry shake, and slice the lettuce into strips. Wash, dry shake the parsley, set aside some leaves for garnish, finely chop the rest. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips, then roughly chop.

    Press out the garlic clove. Wash the apple, quarter it, core it, and shave into fine slices. Remove the skin from the chicken, separate the meat from the bones, and tear into small pieces. Mix everything with the salad mayonnaise and sour cream, season with salt and pepper, fill the pita pockets, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
