Ingredients
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla beans
- 175 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 20 ml brandy
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g white couverture chocolate
Instructions

Whisk softened butter until fluffy, then fold in powdered sugar, vanilla essence, egg, brandy and cinnamon. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder together and incorporate into the batter.

Using a piping bag with a large star tip, pipe decorative shapes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Chop the couverture chocolate and melt it over a water bath; place a small ball of melted chocolate on each cookie’s center and allow to set.
