Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 120 ml almond milk
  • 30 g protein powder
  • 120 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until a creamy mixture forms.

    Fill the oat cream into 2 glasses, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
