Ingredients
- 100 g oats
- 120 ml almond milk
- 30 g protein powder
- 120 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt

Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until a creamy mixture forms.
