Ingredients
- 200 g tomatoes
- 60 g black olives (pitted)
- 100 g Feta
- 1 handful basil
- 1 EL olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash the tomatoes, drain them and cut a small horizontal notch at the bottom so they stand upright. Then slice off the top of each tomato and scoop out the insides. Drain the olives and finely chop them. Crumble the feta into small pieces. Wash the basil, pat dry and roughly chop half of it.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then fill the hollowed tomatoes. Thread the remaining basil leaves onto toothpicks and insert them into the tomatoes to secure them. Arrange on a plate and serve.
