Ingredients

  • 4 stalks chicory
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, halve chicory lengthwise, cut off the wedge-shaped stem and separate into leaves.

    Halve the pomegranate, remove seeds and discard membranes.

    Arrange chicory leaves decoratively on a plate. Mix salt, pepper, honey and lime juice; fold in pomegranate seeds and spoon over the chicory.
