Ingredients

  • 200 ml cold tea
  • sugar (to taste)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 kumquats

Instructions

    Sweeten the tea to taste and divide it among two bowls. Peel the orange and lemon with a sharp knife and fillet or slice the fruit flesh. Wash the kumquats and cut them into slices.

    Add the citrus fruits to the tea in the bowls, optionally sprinkle more tea over them, and serve.
