- 600 ml black tea (freshly brewed and then chilled)
- 3 star anise
- 20 ml gin
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- 20 ml whisky
- 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 3 lemon slices (from one untreated lemon)
- 20 ml whisky
- 10 ml brown rum
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- lime wedge (from one untreated lime)
