Ingredients
- 600 ml freshly brewed black tea
- 4 slices fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cardamom pods
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 250 ml rum
- candied sugar (to taste)
Instructions

Add the tea with the spices to a pot, heat slowly and bring to a boil. Then remove from heat, stir in the rum, warm briefly but do not boil.

Remove the spices as desired. For serving, pour candied sugar into a teacup and pour the hot punch over it.
