Ingredients

  • 1 lemon slice
  • powdered sugar
  • 40 ml Galliano
  • coffee
  • whipped cream
  • 30 ml brandy
  • sugar
  • 1 espresso

Instructions

    Caramelize 1 tablespoon powdered sugar with a splash of lemon juice in a small pan over low heat. Dip the rim of a wine glass briefly into the caramel. Fill the glass three‑quarters full with warm coffee, add the liqueur and stir. Serve decorated with lightly whipped cream that is not fully stiff.

    Add brandy and 2 teaspoons sugar to an espresso cup and mix well. Top with freshly brewed espresso. Serve immediately.
