A refreshing citrus soy beverage for those who don't always want yogurt or fruit as a snack—give this healthy lemon-soy drink a try.

Ingredients
- 2 stalks lemon balm
- 1 large pink grapefruit (organic if desired)
- 400 g small pomelo (1 small pomelo)
- 200 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 4 tsp agave syrup
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions

Wash the lemon balm, shake dry and set aside.

Rinse the grapefruit hot, pat dry, halve it and cut off 2 slices. Juice the remaining grapefruit flesh.

Halve the pomelo and juice it as well.

Combine both juices with the soy drink, agave syrup, and ice cubes in a stand mixer and pulse briefly. Pour into glasses, insert lemon balm stalks, and place one grapefruit slice on each rim.
