Citrus Quark with Coconut

Ingredients
- 50 g coconut chips
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 200 g yogurt (1.5 % fat)
- 400 g Low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions

Roast the coconut chips in a dry pan until golden brown, then roughly chop half of them.

Peel the oranges and grapefruit thoroughly, cut out the segments and catch the juice. Squeeze out the remaining flesh.

Whisk the yogurt with quark, juice and sugar until smooth. Fold in the chopped coconut chips and divide into four bowls. Garnish the quark with orange and grapefruit slices and sprinkle the remaining coconut chips on top.
