Ingredients
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 250 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g butter
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 50 g ground almonds
Instructions

Knead the flour with powdered sugar, egg, cinnamon and butter into a dough. Fold in cocoa and almonds, wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180°C (convection).

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 4‑5 mm thickness. Cut out 3 cm circles, place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
