Ingredients
- 400 g organic orange (organic)
- 4 organic lemons
- 400 g mandarin
- 1 kg 1:1 gelatin sugar

Wash two oranges and the lemon in hot water and use a zester to peel fine strips from the rind. Peel, filet, weigh and chop the oranges into small pieces. Squeeze all lemons and measure out 200 ml of juice. Peel, weigh and crush the mandarins, removing the seeds.

Mix the rind strips with the fruit pieces, lemon juice and 1:1 gelatin sugar. Bring the fruit-sugar mixture to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 4 minutes, stirring continuously so the mixture does not set.

Immediately pour the jam into prepared jars after a successful setting test and seal well.
