Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 12 physalis
  • 100 g blue grapes
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 20 ml rum
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • cinnamon (for sprinkling)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut into slices. Halve the physalis. Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Distribute all fruits on four raclette pans and drizzle with lime juice.

    Whisk together cream, crème fraîche, rum, cornstarch and honey until smooth, then pour over the fruit. Broil under the raclette grill for about 10 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve garnished with mint.
