- 400 ml heavy cream
- 120 g sugar
- 2 untreated lemons (juice and zest)
- 6 tbsp lemon curd (glass)
- 50 g almond slivers

Bring the cream with the sugar to a gentle boil while stirring, then let it simmer quietly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, and stir in the lemon juice.

Distribute the lemon curd into 4 glasses, pour the lemon cream over it, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Roast the almond slivers in a non‑stick pan without fat until golden yellow, then place them on a plate and let cool.
